I am an animal rescuer. I believe God put them here for us to take care of and we aren't doing a very good job of it. So many animals are abused, neglected and abandoned and then ultimately ending up in high kill shelters where there is not enough room so they are euthanized and not by humane means. They are not throw away pets. So please consider Spaying and Neutering your pet. They are life time commitments just like your children. |

I hail from hardy Irish-Scot American people and am proud of it! My ancestors emigrated from Co. Antrim in 1639 to Barnstable, Massachusetts. They were shipped over as members of the Massachusetts Bay Company. Both celtic lines fought for freedom and against the British government in the American Revolutionary War and War of 1812. I have visited Eire multiple times - my last being a repeat visit to Inis Oírr to attend a bódhran workshop.
