And strangely enough, if you look at the dress depicted in this plate of those people being evicted, their are no rags or tattered and worn clothing...they are all dressed as though times were not all that bad.
i wonder wht the public reading this would have thought if they were depicted as things really were? Barely threads and rags covering their bodies.
